  Sponsorship for Highlights !

H&H Reeds Printers become Highlights’ first ever commercial partner.

H&H Reeds Printers have announced that they have become the very first commercial supporter of Highlights Rural Touring Scheme.   This partnership will involve supporting us with our promotional marketing and activities in 2017, which will include subsidising the production of our two seasonal brochures.  And thanks to an Arts Council award through the Catalyst Evolve Programme, Highlights will be able to match pound for pound the support received from H & H Reeds and any future donations and sponsorship over the next 2 years.

With offices in Penrith and Milnthorpe, H&H Reeds Printers are specialists within their industry and are one of the largest dedicated print companies in the North of England. Commenting Dene Marshall, Sales Director at H&H Reeds Printers said:  “The programme of events offers us the opportunity to support both Highlights and the arts across the North of England, and to showcase the type of work we produce.”

For Highlights, whose main aim is to make theatre and arts accessible to all rural communities, there is the realisation of the benefits of good, hard copy marketing material. Barbara Slack Co-Director for Highlights Rural Touring Scheme, said: “This, our first commercial partnership, is extremely important to us and marks a huge milestone. Like Highlights, H&H Reeds Printers serve a wide rural area, and have a strong community ethos.  With their support, we can continue to help village halls offer professional performances to rural communities. The high quality, hard copy promotional material they produce, will ensure the spread of artistic activity, not only to market towns, but to some of the most isolated areas across the North of England. We are thrilled to be linked to H&H Reeds Printers who have a solid reputation throughout the communities in which we work.  In addition, thanks to a successful application to the Catalyst Evolve Programme run by the Arts Council we can double the value of their support, which is fantastic news.”
