Making things happen in your community - Events on your doorstep

How can I get involved?
Any enthusiastic, energetic group of volunteers can become a promoting group. You don't need to have any experience in organising performances and you don't need a stage. All you need is a hall and a desire to see things happening in it. Contact us to receive an information pack. We will arrange a time to come and see you to talk about what we can offer your community.

How does it work?
Highlights works in partnership with you to organise events in your hall, which people want to see and which bring people together for a great night out. Relying on your local knowledge and our expertise we get the best of both worlds. We send out a ‘menu' twice a year which is packed with different types of acts which you can book. We help you to choose events suitable for your hall and support you with publicity brochures, posters, flyers and tickets.

The cost of the shows are subsidised by your local council, The Arts Council and European funding, ensuring that there is very little financial risk involved. If you wish to receive further information then please complete the following form and we will contact you soon
